Detailed Product Description
Finca Casa Alarcon (Caudete, southeast Spain) has 260 hectares of olive groves where
different olive varieties grow: arbequina, hojiblanca, blanqueta,
cornicabra, manzanilla and picual. Our best olives
are selected and blended to produce a high quality extra virgin
olive oil.
Each variety is picked by mechanical means at their exact ripening moment and taken to the mill, where the best olives are selected, washed and cold-pressed solely by mechanical means. Ongoing decanting is applied for a natural cleaning of the olives.
The special blend of the varieties Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Cornicabra makes it ideal for salads and fresh pasta as well as for grillling fish, Mediterranean vegetables or desserts...
